These range in scale from modest side and rear extensions, loft conversions, basement extensions, and whole house refurbishments, through to high quality new build houses ranging in value from £50K to £4.0M.
We have carried out multi-unit projects as well as individual residences.
We provide the full scope of services, and are equally comfortable working on traditional or contemporary properties. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and bespoke solutions, in all these projects, and most of our work in this sector comes from personal recommendation, and repeat commissions. Many of our clients stay with us as their families grow; one particular client comes to mind as an example; we refurbished an unloved flat in Clapham for them as a young couple, then refurbished and extended a terraced house in Wandsworth as their family grew, and are now building a new 4500sqft 5 bedroom house for them in Wimbledon.
