Set in the exclusive enclave of Wycombe Square the design called for us to alter the existing basement to provide a separate apartment for the client’s son. With a project budget of £100K, the theme conceived by Benhamou Designs for the flat was “black”, and it is surprising how far it is possible to go in tracking down black sanitary ware, black horsehair wallpaper, black LED mirrors.

We also carried out all the garden landscaping which included stonework, brickwork, lighting, the installation of a Jacuzzi.
