Boyd Morison Ltd
Boyd Morison Ltd is a design led general contractor providing construction services with a particular emphasis on delivering the clients’ and their architects’ design vision. We have qualified professionals able to provide project management services as well as our own in house design team allowing us to provide supporting architectural services.
We have been in existence for 16 years and to date have specialised in medium sized, new build and refurbishment projects from a broad range of industry sectors, the value of which is steadily increasing as our clients ask us to look at ever more demanding projects.
Our core markets are light industrial, commercial and residential projects, although with a broad skills base we are happy to get involved in many different types of projects.
Currently our main projects are the conversion of a 30,000sqft warehouse to form a photography and film studio and the conversion of a church into 14 residential apartments.
These projects involve us in the full range of construction services from project planning in partnership with our clients and the design teams through to the delivery of the projects on site, incorporating all the major trades.
Our Approach
We pride ourselves on delivering great service to our clients, from initial project discussions through to delivery of the completed project, with particular emphasis on the quality of the finished product.
We pay great attention to detail, and understand the need to ensure all tasks regardless of size are properly completed. We make an enormous effort to provide high quality work, to keep to the programme, and to keep everyone informed throughout.
As a relatively small management team we believe we are unbeatable in terms of flexibility and response times, especially when changes occur during the contract stage. We believe this approach has resulted in our continued work load coming predominantly from existing clients.

We employ highly skilled and innovative people and have gained enormous experience in many trades. Our expertise is growing with each project, and we try to expand our knowledge base all the time. We are also able to give our clients and professional consultants the benefits of this broad experience and offer advice accordingly.
