Over the years we have carried out 10 separate projects in this building, principally carrying out dilapidations when tenants move out, and returning the particular space to a clean white shell.
This project was the conversion of the former service garage into Grade 1 studio office space for rental.
We took off the roof and reconfigured the structure to accommodate a mezzanine level, the key to making project viable.
We built the mezzanines and stairs, toilets, kitchens, and installed all new services and finishes as part of our £1.1m contract.
