The refurbishment of this 80,000sqft industrial warehouse was carried out in 3 phases with a total value of £1.8m.
We stripped out all buildings, including asbestos removal works, demolished a 3 storey office building (which drew quite an inquisitive crowd who came to watch), cut away one bay of the existing warehouse to provide space for vehicle parking and re-clad the remainder of the structure, along with the installation of new roller shutters, steel pedestrian gates, heavy duty linear aco drains, Armco barriers, mains electrical and water and gas supplies.
The building was subdivided as tenants took up occupation and ultimately we formed 28 smaller warehouse units for rental.
