With a project value £1.5m the refurbishment of this 120,000sq ft industrial warehouse to form 20 smaller warehouse units for sale, was officially our first major project. The works included extensive demolition and strip out works, including asbestos removal works, the construction of large scale division walls (up to 16m height) and multi-level mezzanine structures.
We used diamond cutting to alter the concrete structure in order to install 6 new steel staircases.
We installed industrial roller shutters, steel pedestrian doors, and all necessary electrical. water and drainage services.
