This 4 storey office building in the heart of Mayfair was in very poor condition. Greenaway Architecture’s design scheme proposed a complete refurbishment including the conversion of a disused garage into a plush new glazed reception area with a feature staircase. As part of our £600k contract we extended the building at 2 levels to provide additional toilets, tea kitchens and replaced all windows doors, handrails, glazed screens, services, fittings and finishes throughout.
The roof parapet was extended and a sliding glass box installed to provide a new roof terrace.
