Over the years we have carried out 40 separate projects on this distribution park for our clients Sapcote Developments Ltd, ranging in value from £50k to £500k. Most recently we have carried out the reroofing to Unit 1 which is a 50,000sq ft warehouse.
In the past we have carried out a vast array of project type from building new industrial units to carrying out dilapidations when tenants leave, forming large scale openings and other structural works, and altering and recladding units. External work that we have carried out include underground pipework systems and surface and foul drainage, hardstandings, kerbs, line marking, the installation of gates, fencing and bollards.
