The new build 4 storey ecological house, was delivered on a £0.5m design and build contract, and includes basement kitchen, dining and courtyard, ground floor living and patio garden, and 2 upper floors bedrooms and bathrooms.
We installed an air source heat pump to provide hot water for underfloor heating system and domestic appliances.
The exterior is wrapped up with an insulated acrylic render system and insulated standing seam zinc roof and wall cladding.
We also carried out all the external works and landscaping.
