We were contracted to completely refurbish this 60,000sq ft industrial warehouse to form 8 smaller warehouse units for rental.
The project value was just over £1.0m and the work included extensive demolition and asbestos removal works, the installation of large scale dividing walls, the installation of a new façade cladding system, industrial roller shutters steel doors, new utilities services and toilets to all units, and complete redecoration of the building inside and out.
