The contract works included demolition of a 2 storey structure, strip out works and asbestos removal works.
Forming the smaller units involved the installation of division walls, roller shutters and steel pedestrian doors, construction of mezzanine structures, installation of mains services, concrete hardstandings and other landscaping works.
