With a contract value of £1.2m our brief was to refurbish this 65,000sq ft warehouse to form 8 smaller industrial units for sale. Our work included stripping the building back to shell condition, extensive demolition including diamond cutting the existing concrete frame to form double height warehouse spaces, and other structural works. We installed large scale dividing walls, electric roller shutters and steel pedestrian doors. All new electrical, plumbing and drainage services were installed, a new waterproof roof coating was applied and the whole building was redecorated internally and externally.
