This is one of our most exciting projects. We converted a somewhat dowdy office building to 10 luxury apartments.
Above the basement storage and plant areas, and the 4 ground floor commercial units there were 4 floors which we converted into 9 apartments and added a new-build penthouse apartment at the 5th floor / roof level.
Designed by Collado Collins Architects and Love Interiors, every finish and installation was carried out to an exacting standard.
Structural work was carried out to open up some living spaces. All finishes and services were stripped out and replaced.
We installed a new lift, a pumped cold water system, integrated fire detection and smoke extract system, air source heat pump and fancoil units provided air conditioned spaces and all lighting, sound systems and window shading is controlled by Lutron installations in all apartments.
We handed over the keys to our client on a Friday and by the following Monday all apartments had been let.
