With a project value of £1.6m we carried out a complete refurbishment of approx 20,000sqft warehouse space, as part of The Perfume Factory Business Centre, to form 12 contemporary office studio shell spaces, to be rented out for incoming tenants’ to complete their own fit-outs.
The project included the complete strip out and replacement of defective structural and building fabric elements, the construction of 6,000sqft of mezzanine space, extensive glazed partitions, the upgrading of all finishes and services, including new electrical, lighting, alarm, entry systems and services, and high quality toilets.
