This classic townhouse was in much need of its 10 year upgrade. With a budget of £300K and being responsible for both the design and building work, we fixed everything that was broken, refurbished all the bathrooms, replaced skylights and sliding glazed partitions, and sorted out the damp problems in the basement to make the space useable as a family media room.
New bespoke joinery was added in the master bedroom and everything was redecorated throughout to give our client’s property a new lease of life.
