Designed by Collado Collins Architects and Shed Interior Designers, this £1.5m renovation project, in a listed building, a stone’s throw from College Green, included a new basement, complete refurbishment of the ground floor and 3 upper floors and a ground floor extension. Everything was renewed including all the interior walls, windows, services, finishes, appliances and bespoke fitted joinery was installed throughout.
