With a growing family our clients bought this terraced house and garden close to their chosen school in Clapham.
The brief was relatively simple; follow the design rules that were established when we refurbished their previous apartment and apply them here. We agreed the project budget of £360k, and a date for completion of Christmas 2018, and we set about a complete strip out and refurbishment of the property. We were responsible for both design and construction.
We brought the project home on budget, and on the 18th December we handed over the keys to our happy clients.
